Options. 100 euros set-up charge + 3% of the sale price. For this we handle all enquiries and viewing arrangements.

. 350 euro Straight fee. For this we send all enquiries directly to you as received.

First months rent on rentals of 1 year+

No setup fee + 5% of the sale price when we sell it or rent it on a 3+ year lease.
